OVERFLOWING THANKS TO EVERYONE!

Hi everyone,

The past few months had been a huge change for me here in DeviantArt! I created this profile 2 years ago and never imagined I could get this much attention from so many creative people in here!

Allow me to thank everyone who visited my profile, every single deviant who liked, favorited and most importantly commented on my works! Thank you for the kind words and you guys just keep me inspired to be better.

I wish I had more time to reply to every comment and message. But since commissions, collaborations and other projects keep me busy for the past few months and in the coming months, I will send my deepest gratitude to everyone through this simple note!

Thanks again and lets keep rocking the doodle boat!!

Philippines-based illustrator Kerby Rosanes works mainly with ordinary black pens to magically illustrate his "doodle" world. The 23-year old artist considers his art as a personal hobby which turned out to be his part-time freelance work after being recognized by various design blogs, international magazines and online communities.

Most of his works are characterized by whimsical lines, patterns, characters and little elements that are spontaneously combined to create massive compositions depicting his everyday experiences or anything that inspires him.

He recently left his job as a graphic designer in a local company to finally pursue his passion: creating more art for personal projects and for various clients and collaborating with other artists and design agencies around the world.

Current Residence: Mandaluyong City, Philippines
Favourite style of art: Sketching and Doodling

Pokemon 150 by kerbyrosanes
Pokemon 150
Fan art drawing of the first 150 original Pokemon. As an artist who considers watching too much Anime as a great source of creative inspiration, there were a huge amount of time in my childhood that I kept myself busy drawing my favorite Pokemon characters. I remembered Ditto was the easiest character to draw while Venusaur was the hardest. Small memories of my childhood that ultimately shaped what I became today. :)

What's your favorite Pokemon?

PS: Size proportions between each character was ignored in my attempt to squeeze all of them in this 5" x 8" sketchpad page.

UPDATE: I decided to just donate this actual Pokemon artwork as a part of a #ComicBookDrive campaign of a friend for the benefit of the patients from National Children's Hospital here in the Philippines.

MOLESKINE DOODLES: Meltdown
Another take on the causes and threats of climate change. Deadly effects of global warming include drought, severe hurricanes, massive fires and melting of the polar caps. Is it already too late?
